I research in the Nord-pas - de-Calais Terrain constructible a minimum area of 5000 m2 and up to 10 HA to build lots of houses.
No price limit (as it is reasonable and corresponds to a market price) or a surface.
Study serious and fast.

In many communes Nord-pas-de-Calais there currently changes PLU (Plan Local d'Urbanisme ) and lots of new land constructible appear on the market makes this product "less rare!" So cheap!
more borrowing rates of banks explode! so it's the market Property to adapt by going down.
